<strong>proceso electoral de las JAC <\/strong>para el periodo 2026\u20132030, la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n requiri\u00f3 a la Gobernaci\u00f3n y a las 47 alcald\u00edas del Tolima <strong>informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre las medidas adoptadas para implementar la Ley 2492 de 2025, que establece las acciones para fortalecer la convivencia ciudadana y consolidar la paz <\/strong>en los municipios.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En desarrollo de su funci\u00f3n preventiva <strong>vigilar\u00e1 que este 26 de abril, fecha en que se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los comicios comunales,<\/strong> <strong>se garanticen los derechos fundamentales de la ciudadan\u00eda, principalmente los de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y comunitaria,<\/strong> y la aplicaci\u00f3n del principio de coordinaci\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n administrativa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Para ello, le pidi\u00f3 a la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Tolima <strong>coordinar con las alcald\u00edas de su jurisdicci\u00f3n el proceso electoral de las JAC, brindar asistencia t\u00e9cnica, orientar en zonas de riesgo contra presiones o cooptaci\u00f3n,<\/strong> monitorear el calendario, promover alianzas con la fuerza p\u00fablica y otros, e identificar riesgos en \u00e1reas rurales para garantizar elecciones libres y seguras.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A las alcald\u00edas municipales les solicit\u00f3 vigilar de cerca las JAC, verificar censos, asambleas y tribunales electorales, proteger la participaci\u00f3n sin injerencias, actuar con rapidez ante irregularidades o amenazas, resolver disputas, registrar dignatarios solo si cumplen requisitos legales, coordinar seguridad y asegurar transparencia, publicidad y acceso a la informaci\u00f3n para que se conozcan las reglas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>La Entidad busca anticiparse a retrasos, vac\u00edos o incumplimientos que pudieran frenar la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley,<\/strong> de tal manera, que los ajustes institucionales ordenados por el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica se traduzcan en <strong>mejores capacidades locales para atender conflictos y promover entornos de
